We pride ourselves on our service and support and offer the following as part and parcel of every purchase.

• Beginner's workshop with a hands-on demonstration of all the basics of alpaca care including injections and toe clipping.

• Advice on the suitability of your property for alpacas and alpaca breeding.

• Every alpaca sold comes with full medical records and a handy calendar detailing care and injections required in the upcoming year.

• Pregnant females are sold with a live cria guarantee. In the unfortunate event that your dam does not produce a live cria we will organize a remating on our property.

• Invitation to our annual shearing day and alpaca pick up and drop off within our region (charges apply).
